In the event that your ordered Mangoes arrives damaged or spoiled, we advice that you call our customer service within 3 hours of receipt on 9309556520 and send us a digital photo of the mangoes with box labels at alphonsomangoesonline@gmail.com to initiate a replacement.

Kindly note that once your order is dispatched , the order is considered non- returnable and non-refundable.
