1How we weigh and grade our Alphonso mangoes?
Every mango fruit is weighed and graded as mentioned in our online shop. The quality is consistent throughout all grades and sizes, however the fruits shall be cut and consumed only after perfect ripeneing to get the desired taste. We show green fruit weight range on actual weighing at farm level and its respective price per dozen. Please note that in case of natural and organic ripening in hay,mango loose its weight on ripening from green stage which will be in range of 15% to 25%.
2How my order OF Alphonso Mango will be packed?
Fresh alphonso mango fruits which are matured enough to harvest are hand - picked, sanitized and packed in boxes. We ensure hygienic and careful handling of all our produces.
3How can I check for perfectly ripe Alphonso Mango?
Mango skin turns orangish yellow on full ripening and has distinct sweet aroma on ripening. The stalk of mango also get dried by this time and naturally separates from fruit.
4What should I do with overripe alphonso mangoes?
Overripe mangoes can be refrigerated to extend their shelf life. However taste varies once they are refrigerated for more than a week. They should never be frozen.
5Why my Alphonso Mangoes are still green and taking time to ripe?
Naturally, Mangoes need humidity @85% and ambient temperature beyond 28 to 30 deg.C. Please do not keep mangoes in direct sunlight and air conditioned area. The area where mangoes are kept, shall be well ventilated yet warm. In arid and hot climate zones, they should be provided by covering with thick cloths with very little sprays of water over cloth.
6In my order I received rotten mango. What should I do with it?
We do not use any harsh harmful chemical to treat mangoes against any bacteria attacks. Alphonso Mango is very sensitive fruit which develops black spot near stalk is because of anthracnose which can be cut removed and rest of mango slice can be consumed. Please report us immediately via email alhonsomangoesonline@gmail.com on receiving any rotten mango with snap from all sides.
7How can I claim for any Product Quality related issues?
If you face any issues with quality, Please Do write to us on alphonsomangoesonline@gmail.com referring your order number and the proof of issue you faced. Please also go through our replacement policy.

1What will be the delivery time for my order?
Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will receive order number after payment. Your order will be delivered to you within 4 to 7 days after due Post Harvest and logistic activities. In case your order is taking longer time to deliver ,please track your order or contact customer care number.

1What are Payment Modes?
We have high end secured gateway of instamojo. You can pay for your order using the following modes of payment through instamojo: a. Credit and debit cards (VISA / Mastercard / Rupay) b. NEFT / RTGS/ IMPS – NET BANKING c. UPI / Payment Gateways/ Wallets If the order has to be left at the security office, please write in Note box and continue to pay online via wallets, UPI, net banking, or cards as you are doing now. Currently, COD is not available. No need to pay any amount to courier boy.
